How do I get rewards?
To get rewards, you must first visit a My Travel Rewards affiliated clinic. Once there, consult with a health professional to prepare for your upcoming trip. Once the consultation is over, the health professional will provide you with a rewards code. Use this code to gain special rewards.
How do I apply my rewards?
I bought my tickets through a travel agent
Bring the rewards code to your travel agent. They will help you create a My Travel Rewards account.
Once that is complete, they will apply the code for you.
Make sure you bring the rewards code to your travel agent within one month of departure.
If you have already made the full payment, the affiliated airline will refund the discount to you.
If you still need to pay for your flight, then the discount will be taken off the total price*.
I bought my tickets online
Return to the affiliated My Travel Rewards online flight website and navigate to your flight purchases.
You will need to create a My Travel Rewards account - this can be done on the official My Travel Rewards
account or internally on the affiliated online flight website.
Once that is complete, click "apply code". This should be located near your flight purchase details.
If you have already made the full payment, the affiliated airline will refund the discount to you.
If you still need to pay for your flight, then the discount will be taken off the total price*.
I have not bought my tickets yet
Don't worry! You can still save your rewards codes online and use them later.
Once you receive a rewards code, create an account on My Travel Rewards. From the My Account page
you can store your reward codes for later use^.
*Discount is only applied on one flight ticket.
^Maximum of two different codes may be used per transaction.
How does the rewards system work?
r1 is the 10% off a flight reward.
r2 is the 15% off medical supplies and vaccinations reward.
b1 and b2 include the free hotel room upgrade, free breakfast/lunch/dinner, and
$100 pre-paid credit card bonuses.
r1 and r2 alternate - meaning your first reward will be the 10% off a flight and your
second reward will be 15% off medical supplies and vaccinations, and so on.
On every 5th reward, you will be rewarded at random one of the three bonuses.
Every time you use My Travel Rewards, you'll always be rewarded with great and useful benefits!
I'm worried I'll catch a disease when I go on my trip. Where can I find more information?
